    Internal notes on posts

Talk a request over with your team without the customer reading along. On any post in the dashboard, turn on Internal note beside the comment button, write, and choose Add note. The note sits in the same thread with a shaded background and an Internal lock label, so nobody mistakes it for a public reply.

Notes are for your team only. They never appear on your public board, in the widget or through the API, and they send no email, Slack message or webhook. A note stays a note: to share something from one, write a new comment.

Record feedback for any customer: votes, comments and posts

When a customer asks for something on a support call, you can now record it for them, even if they've never used your widget. On any post, the Record customer feedback box lets you pick a customer, or choose "Customer not listed? Add by name and email", and record their vote or comment. To file a brand-new request for them, open Add feedback and turn on "This is from a customer".

Anything recorded this way is labelled "Recorded by team for" the customer, so nobody mistakes it for their own words, and you can undo a vote you recorded. If that customer later signs in through your widget with a verified identity and the same email, their record is linked up automatically, and their own vote takes over the one you recorded.

    Multiple roadmaps per product

One product, several plans. Under Roadmap, Named roadmaps, create separate roadmaps within a product, such as "Mobile app" or "Integrations", and choose which posts each one shows. Every named roadmap has its own shareable link, a post can appear on more than one, and the full product roadmap stays where it was.

    Enforced single sign-on

Let your team sign in through your own identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or anything else that speaks OIDC), then require it, so nobody on your team keeps a separate password for your workspace. Register the connection, verify your email domain, test a sign-in, and switch enforcement on.

    Part of the Enterprise plan.

Import feedback from a CSV file

Moving from another tool? Choose Import CSV beside Add feedback on any board and bring your existing posts across, up to 500 at a time. Heedback previews how many posts it found, a few titles and any columns it will ignore before anything is imported, and keeps the vote counts your old tool recorded.

Write-only API keys and key expiry

Two safer ways to hand out API keys. A write-only key can create posts, votes and comments but can't read your workspace's data back, so a leaked key can't be used to walk through your feedback. And every new key can be given an expiry, from one day upwards, after which it simply stops working.

    Conditional survey follow-ups

Ask "why?" only of the people it applies to. After a scale or rating question, add a follow-up and choose the highest score that should see it. For example, ask detractors who answer 0 to 6 what went wrong, and let everyone else finish in one tap. It works in the in-app widget and in invitation links.

    Change many posts at once

Tidying up a busy board no longer means opening one post at a time. Every row on the board's list now has a tick box: tick the posts you want, or use Select all, pick the new status from "Move to…", and apply. Leave "Notify followers" ticked to tell people about the change, or untick it to move the posts quietly.

    Verified customer identity and People

Know who is actually asking. Sign the identify() call from your server with your workspace's secret, and every vote and post from the widget is tied to a real, verified customer, with one vote per person across devices. A new People page lists those customers with what they've posted and voted on, and you can filter your boards and People by their traits. You can also reject unsigned calls outright, so nobody can post as someone else.

    NPS, CSAT and CES trends

Survey results now show how your score moves over time. On an NPS, CSAT or CES survey, the Trends section charts the score week by week or month by month, how many responses sit behind each point, and how the promoter, passive and detractor mix shifted. Quiet periods with fewer than five responses are faded so they don't read as a swing.

Theme tokens and custom CSS for your portal

Make your public portal and widgets look like your own product. Set theme tokens for colours and shapes, or go further with custom CSS against a stable set of class names. Draft and preview before you publish, and every publish is kept in version history, so one click restores an earlier look.

    Private roadmap

Collect feedback in the open while keeping the plan to yourselves. A roadmap can now be made private, for the whole workspace or for one product at a time, so only your team sees it while your boards stay public.
