Any chance of a Zapier app? We use Zapier to glue together most of our other tools and it'd be nice not to be the odd one out.

RSS feed for the changelog

Some of our more technical customers just want to subscribe in their feed reader instead of getting another email.

Webhooks for status changes

We want to mirror status changes into our own internal audit log without polling the API every few minutes.

Two-way Jira sync

When we close the Jira ticket, the linked Heedback post should auto-update. Doing this by hand for ~40 posts a week isn't sustainable for us anymore.

Public REST API + API keys

We currently screen-scrape the public board to sync posts into our own internal tool nightly, which is fragile. A real read/write API would let us do this properly.
