Is Heedback really free right now?
The Free plan has no trial clock — it's free forever, no credit card. On top of that, every new workspace also gets a 90-day free trial of our Team plan, so you can try the premium features risk-free. No card needed for the trial either; if it ends before paid plans launch, you'll simply keep Free until you're ready to upgrade.
What's the difference between the plans?
Free gives you one feedback board with Heedback branding. Startup ($19/mo) raises the limit to ten boards, removes Heedback branding, and adds Slack notifications and a 30-day audit log. Team ($79/mo) adds unlimited boards and extends the audit log to a full year on top of everything in Startup. Enterprise adds the remaining governance and compliance features (roles, SSO, SAML/SCIM, unlimited audit history, a 99.9% uptime SLA) procurement teams require. Boards, roadmap, changelog, and surveys are included on every plan.
What's Enterprise?
It's coming with our paid launch — for organizations that need SAML/SCIM, an uptime SLA, and a signed contract. Everything's free during early access; start on Free or your Team trial now and you'll move onto Enterprise whenever billing goes live.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Pricing is flat per workspace: unlimited admin seats and unlimited tracked end-users on every plan. Your bill never grows as your audience does.
Are surveys really unlimited on the free plan?
Yes — surveys and survey responses are unlimited on every plan, Free included. Surveys aren't a paid add-on the way they are with some other tools.
When does billing start?
Not yet. Heedback is in early access and nothing is charged today — that includes the Team trial every new workspace gets. We'll give every workspace clear notice before any paid plan begins.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Start on Free or your Team trial, move to Startup or Team when you need more boards or your own branding, and step up to Enterprise as your security and compliance needs grow.
